2. Subject

This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital products or services ordered electronically by the Buyer through www.hkteknolojix.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and relevant regulations.

3. Product / Service Information

Total Amount: ₺[Price] (VAT included)

• Product Type: Digital product (e-book, software license, digital service, etc.)
• Delivery Method: Email / User panel / Automatic download
• Delivery Time: Instant / Within 24 hours (adjustable according to site settings)

4. Payment Information

The Buyer shall pay for the product via credit card, bank transfer, or electronic payment systems. Delivery is completed once the payment is confirmed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

ATTENTION:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (e.g., e-books, software, licenses, online courses, etc.).

According to Law No. 6502:
"Contracts for services performed immediately in electronic environments or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer cannot be subject to withdrawal."

• Once the product is delivered, the Buyer cannot withdraw from the purchase.
• If the product has not been delivered or is inaccessible due to technical issues, the Buyer may contact customer support for assistance.

6. Delivery and Fulfillment

• Product delivery is carried out automatically after order confirmation or assigned to the user account.
• Any delays or issues with delivery should be reported to info@hkteknolojix.com.
• No physical shipment is involved.

7. Responsibilities

• The Seller is responsible for providing the ordered digital content accurately and completely.
• The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided during transactions.
• For technical issues related to product usage, the Buyer must contact the Seller first to request resolution.

8. Intellectual Property and License

Purchased digital products are for personal use only.
No product or content may be:

• Copied
• Resold
• Distributed to others
• Shared publicly

All copyrights belong to Hüseyin KARAGÖZ or the respective rights holders.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, technical failures, infrastructure breakdowns, or cyberattacks.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by:

• Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer’s place of residence, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.
• Consumer Courts for cases exceeding these limits.

11. Acceptance and Enforcement

This Agreement is considered electronically accepted and effective once the Buyer places an order through www.hkteknolojix.com.
The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
