1. General Information

All products purchased through www.hkteknolojix.com are categorized as digital content (e.g., software licenses, e-books, digital services, etc.). Digital products are intangible goods delivered instantly, and therefore are subject to different cancellation and refund conditions.
This policy has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Right of Withdrawal Not Applicable
According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation:
"For services performed immediately in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal."
Therefore, once the product is delivered, cancellation and refund rights do not apply.

3. Refund / Replacement Eligibility

Refund or replacement is possible only under the following special circumstances:

• The product was delivered defective or incomplete
• The product does not work technically (e.g., invalid license key)
• The delivery never occurred
• The order was accidentally replaced with a different digital product

After review, if the request is deemed valid, the product may be resent or a refund may be issued.

4. Refund Process

For eligible refund cases:

• The purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days at the latest.
• Refunds to bank or credit cards may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing.
• The digital product will be disabled or made unusable (e.g., license cancellation).

5. Cancellation Conditions

Before product delivery (e.g., before sending the license code or file), the customer may cancel the order:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@hkteknolojix.com before delivery.
• If your order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued.

6. Exceptions

Cancellation and refund rights do not apply in the following cases:

• The product is customized for the customer (e.g., special software setup, personalized services)
• The product has been delivered and proven to work
• The license code has been actively used
• Technical issues caused by user errors
