The membership Agreement terminates when the User cancels their membership or when hkteknolojix.com cancels it. In case of violation of this Agreement, hkteknolojix.com may immediately terminate the membership unilaterally.
The courts and enforcement offices in Ünye / Ordu, Turkey, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
By registering on www.hkteknolojix.com, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective at the moment of online acceptance.
